Katwise inspired grey felted 100% cashmere recycled sweater elf hat/hood-1644

Part of my handmade felted 100% cashmere/fleece hood collection. The machine needle-felting process makes this much softer and warmer than anything non-felted (and takes a LOT longer to make and uses double the amount of material, which accounts for the cost).  

This hood is luxurious machine-needle-felted 100% cashmere, mixed with a bit of fleece for visual flare. 

Closure: One large/one small sturdy snap button

Hood Brim: This one DOES have the cool upgraded hood brim for more structure so it hangs better (more about that HERE.) In short, there is a triple or quadruple-felted "insert" hidden inside the hood brim that creates a better look when worn). 

This one, rather than a "closed hat" design, is basically a hood. I really like this design because unlike a hat that's either "on" or "off", you can pull the hood down off the head but still be wearing it and not lose it - keeps you warm and keeps the wind off your ears but you don't end up with "hat-hair". Since this is a hood rather than a hat, it's also WAY more flexible in terms of fit.

ARM WARMERS/LEG WARMERS SOLD SEPARATELY. Check my arm warmer listings for a set of arm warmers and/or leg warmers with similar colors (I tend to make these in bundles). If the coats are a bit much for you, you can put together a hat/hood with arm warmers and/or leg warmers and it does look super cute. Check carefully though because I tend to vary everything I make so each item is slightly different. I try to make coordinating sets but I generally sell them separately so you can pick and choose.
