TWO Purple silver embroidered upcycled Victorian Rococo denim beaded lace bracelets

This lovely pair of TWO purple and silver Victorian/Gothic/Rococo looking bracelets are made from the waistband of denim jeans. Silver and purple embroidery graces the outer edge in a lovely double-border design and a swirling leaf design has been embroidered all throughout. Purple leaf-shaped sequins and seed beads have been hand-sewn on. There are also beads sewn right into the lace itself (which was really a massive pain in the patookus but looks really, really awesome and was totally worth the effort.) They fasten with two gunmetal snaps which are reinforced with extra stitching, making it durable as well as lovely. The metallic thread is stitched by machine, using a special needle and technique. The embellishments are sewn with invisible thread (which is a pain!) but produces a far better-looking item. It is truly a labor of love! From cutting up the denim, to embroidery, to hand sewing, to photograph and listing, each bracelet takes about two hours to make. These are NOT adjustable - need a different size?
